    NOW HEAR THIS!

    THE C.T.T.I.’S ARE MEETING!

    (Christians Tackling Today’s Issues)

SUNDAY, October 8 and SUNDAY, October 22

We are meeting Sundays at 11:30 a.m. for one hour – classroom behind kitchen.

    Following are the Discussion Issues:

Sunday, October 8, 2017 – “LIVING WITH CANCER:  LEARNING TO LIVE!”

                QUESTIONS TO CONSIDER:

    1.  How does the BELIEF that THE LORD IS ALWAYS GOING TO SEE US THROUGH

ACTUALLY “WORK,” WHEN THE PERSON WHO HAS CANCER is:  YOU?

    2.  How does a person who has what is defined as “terminal cancer,” use that

         condition/experience to HELP OTHERS?

    3.  How do we LIVE our days when we are aware that the END of our days on this

earth are (likely) “just around the corner”?

    4.  How does THE POWER OF LOVE transcend THE BROKENNESS OF LIFE?

Sunday, October 22, 2017 – “HOW DO/SHOULD WE HANDLE THE CONFLICTS

                                                            THAT COME INTO OUR LIVES?”

              QUESTIONS TO CONSIDER:

                1.  How can we deal with persons who cause us all kinds of difficulties?

                2.  Are our OPINIONS helping us – or – are they destroying our relationships

                     with other people?

                3.  How can we KEEP OUR PRINCIPLES and STILL “SWIM WITH THE CURRENT”?

                4.  What does it mean when we are advised:  “DON’T DROP A BOMB WHEN A

                      SLINGSHOT WILL WORK!”?

All who attend are asked to:

COME WITH AN OPEN MIND – ONLY GOD KNOWS EVERYTHING ABOUT ANYTHING

BE WILLING TO LEARN, SHARE, AND LISTEN:

We all have a lot to learn from others, a lot to help others learn.

Know YOU are welcome and wanted at the meetings. LET’S LEARN and GROW TOGETHER!

Pastor Gordon is the Facilitator and will lead the discussion issues.
